It’s social media morning
Scrolling without warnings
Why don’t they take a break?

Seeing all the contestants
Compete
Brings me down
I feel shut
Closed , cut off,

To much overwhelm,
To much distraction
I need to study clean focus
This social media circus
Distracts me from my reality

As I sit here cold
No heating on
It’s to high
Petrol to buy
So good food I cannot buy.
